Route by compensation_type: Option → option issuance/item/grant, RSU → RSU issuance/item/security, and SAR → no retained Carta target. Shared identity, dates, stakeholder/plan/class references, quantity, vesting-template, and applicable security fields follow the selected family.

Option-only terms include option type, exercise price, early exercise, expiration, termination windows, and vesting events; RSU leaves unsupported option fields null. The retained OptionGrant and RestrictedStockUnit definitions now require id and issuerId in addition to the mapped security identity and economic fields; id is the security identity and issuerId must come from issuer context. Security-law exemptions are explicitly excluded because Compliance was removed.

Unsupported approval/consideration fields and OCF scaffolding remain unmappable. Family-specific policies in the YAML control array selection and derived targets.
