OCF StockPlan has no retained pool-summary target in the June 22 bundle. plan_name still maps to the denormalized award plan-name fields on Option, RSA, and RSU records.
id keeps a home despite the OptionPoolSummary removal: the retained bundle carries equityPlanId on all four plan-bearing issuance transactions (OptionIssuanceTransaction, RsuIssuanceTransaction, RsaIssuanceTransaction, CertificateIssuanceTransaction), which is the same plan-identifier space the issuance mappings already write from stock_plan_id. It is reference-only: the FK names the plan without reconstituting a plan record, exactly as plan_name is a state-projection of the plan's current name. Only the *pool ledger* was lost, not plan identity.
initial_shares_reserved, stock_class_id, and stock_class_ids are explicitly excluded because OptionPoolSummary was removed; pool history and backing-class state cannot be represented in the retained bundle.
Plan approval dates and default_cancellation_behavior have no Carta target. comments and object_type are OCF scaffolding.
