Warrant issuance maps to WarrantIssuanceTransaction inside WarrantTransactionItem: date, security/stakeholder identity, label, quantity, exercise/purchase price, expiration, and vesting-template reference are retained.
Security-law exemptions are explicitly excluded because Compliance was removed. Exercise triggers, vesting events, quantity-source metadata, approvals, and consideration have no target; id, comments, and object_type are OCF scaffolding.
