Description: _The method used to exercise options. Describes how the exercise cost was funded.

  • OPTION_EXERCISE_METHOD_CASH: Cash exercise — the holder paid the full exercise cost in cash.
  • OPTION_EXERCISE_METHOD_CASHLESS: Cashless (same-day sale) — shares were sold on the open market simultaneously to cover the exercise cost.
  • OPTION_EXERCISE_METHOD_PUBLIC_NET: Public net exercise — shares were withheld by the company to cover the exercise cost. Applicable to public companies.
  • OPTION_EXERCISE_METHOD_BLENDED: Blended exercise — a combination of cash payment and share sale was used to cover the exercise cost.
  • OPTION_EXERCISE_METHOD_PUBLIC_CASHLESS: Public cashless exercise — a broker-assisted cashless exercise through the public market._
